Spiced Carolina Rum Cake is a golden cake infused with a spiced rum soak. 

All of the flavor comes from the rum. No extract is used.

Optional: finely diced walnuts. Gift wrap is green tissue paper. 

A large cake (60 oz.) is a standard bundt which serves approximately 12-16 people according to industry standards and a small (30 oz.) is approx. 1/2 (whole/round).
