While we do shop at Sam's Club and other stores,
we love to incorporate local products when possible. 

Fullsteam Brewery's Working Man's Lunch Beer is used in our Matt's Groom's Cake.


The Parlour's Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream is used to make our
Brown Sugar Vanilla Rum Cakewiches.

Chapel Hill Toffee is chopped and used as a topping for our Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta.
Shown here also topped with our Salted Butter Caramel sauce.

In an effort to lessen our impact on the environment, we have taken steps to reduce the amount of waste we generate. We either compost or recycle during the baking process and our cake boxes can be recycled. Our cake trays are made by Southern Champion (#50 - 0509). These eco trays are made from all kraft paperboard, which contains at least 18% recycled wood fiber content. Our spoons are made by Transitions2Earth which are 100% biodegradable in a landfill with no composting required. Our forks are made by EcoSource which are made from plant starch and compostable. We would love to hear any additional ideas you may have to make us better!
